Contents: 1 x approx. 1.5kg leg of lamb, 1 x 750ml bottle of Gusbourne's English sparkling wine, 1 x 250g Levin Down cheese and cheese biscuits.

Choose between 3 of Gusbourne’s vintage sparkling wines:
● Brut Reserve is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
● Rosé has red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants.
● Blanc de Blancs classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple and citrus combine with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing.

Goodwood Organic Lamb:

Southdown lambs are bred purely for their meat and graze particularly well on the chalk ground of the South Downs. We've previously won Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards for our leg of lamb and shoulder of lamb.

Our pedigree Southdown sheep are successfully shown nationally by our award winning shepherd, Nick Page, continuing a tradition long held by the Dukes of Richmond, who have been patrons of the Southdown Sheep Society for generations.
