Returns

You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached with the original packaging. Returns must be logged within 14 days of your order being received.

For orders received between Monday 9th October and Sunday 24th December, we are accepting returns for credit up to Friday January 12th. Returns must be logged with us using the form below by this date.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.

We aim to have your return processed as quickly as possible, however during busy times this can be up to 14 working days.

Once your refund has been processed, funds should reappear back into your account within 1-7 working days of the return being processed, depending on your banking provider.

We're conscious of our environmental impact here at Goodwood. To reduce waste and recycling we don't include a returns form with your order.
