With a character shaped by wild-grown botanicals sourced from the estate, Levin Down Gin is handcrafted using traditional methods, distilled with mineral water naturally chalk-filtered through the South Downs. The result is an authentic London Dry from the wilds of West Sussex - luxuriously soft on the nose and perfectly balanced on the palate - native gorse flower lending a tantalising hint of warm toasted coconut and vanilla to forward notes of zesty citrus and characteristic juniper. age

Great Negroni

I’ve just made a great Negroni with equal parts of Goodwood Gin, Vermouth and Campari, with 2 slices of orange and lots of ice

Absolutely loved it

I first had a taster of Levin Down Goodwood Gin at Goodwoof last year, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it! The unique blend of botanicals creates a well-balanced flavor profile with classic juniper notes, a subtle sweetness from orange peel, and a hint of spice from coriander. The fresh citrus and botanical aroma is inviting and the smooth texture coats the palate nicely. It's perfect for classic gin and tonics and it's definitely worth trying for anyone who loves gin. Five stars all around!
