Our award-wining dairy products of milk, cheese and creams are all produced locally in our organic West Sussex dairy farm.

Our herd of 200 milking cows are mostly Dairy Shorthorns, a breed which originated in the 16th century, the best milking cow of its time. It is this milk that goes into all of our dairy produce.
