Delivery Options
UK SERVICE
Standard Delivery is £5.50 on all products excluding Gin where the standard shipping price is £7.95. Delivery takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class signed for service. Orders placed on Friday and during weekends, will be delivered from the following Tuesday.
Please note:
During event season, sale or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly affected and therefore take a little longer than usual.
In the UK Royal Mail have confirmed strike action on the below dates:
9th December – all staff
11th December – all staff
14th December – all staff
15th December – all staff
We will continue to pick and pack deliveries during this time, but please be aware there may be delays to your order. We will swap to couriers where possible, however these services are likely to be overwhelmed with additional workload.
If you are ordering for Christmas, please ensure you place your order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery time estimate: 3-5 working days (with some remote island exceptions, and pending clearance from local Customs). Due to courier restrictions, we are afraid we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Our international service covers all countries excluding Ascension Island, New Zealand, Tristan da Cunha & Russia.
Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Our Click and Collect service is completely free.
When placing your order, simply select the click and collect order, your order will be processed and ready for collection on the next working day.
Please collect your order within 14 days of delivery. Unclaimed orders will be automatically returned and refunded.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all of the barcode tags intact within 14 days of receipt.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.
Once our warehouse has received and inspected your returned items, a refund for the cost of goods will be processed onto the original payment method, within 14 days from date of posting.
We are unable to process an exchange, please ensure you specify when returning your original item what the exchange is for and we will process once the original item has been received.
Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case.
